SCOPE OF SERVICE:

Please keep in mind that local business listings, classified ads, property ads and other elements of service need fulfillment are posted not by this Platform, but members (Users & Service Providers) of this Platform.

Membership Eligibility (User & Service Provider): 

You confirm that you are of legal age i.e. 18 years to form a legally binding contract with dhakaythaki.net and are not a person barred, from availing the services offered by dhakaythaki.net under the laws as applicable in Bangladesh

dhakaythaki.net requires registration for those who participate in a variety of its services. When you authenticate your email or mobile number for using the local service need platform and register as a member on this Platform, you accept the following terms and conditions:

These are called User Virtual Number. This being the case, this Platform also holds the rights to contact those Users and Service Providers registered with the platform. The mode of contact may be through SMS / email / call, irrespective of whether the User is on the “National Do Not Call” list or any other similar database.
You hereby waive your right to object and agree to not object and / or protest in relation to the same. All calls made through the User Virtual Number’s between the User and the service provider shall be recorded by Dhakaythaki.net for training and quality purposes including dispute resolution, service assurance, and other business purposes of Dhakaythaki.net. You hereby give irrevocable consent to Dhakaythaki.net for sharing the call recordings to other third parties for business purposes of Dhakaythaki.net. You disclaim and / or abandon any right to sue and waive your right to object and agree to not object and / or protest in relation to any of the

However, Dhakaythaki.net reserves the right to charge a fee to SERVICE USERs in the future on a per-transaction basis or in any other manner, and reserves the right to do so in its sole discretion. Changes to this Fee Policy are effective after Dhakaythaki.net has provided you with thirty (30) days’ notice by posting the changes on the Terms & Condition
If applicable, you agree to pay all fees or charges to your Account based on Dhakaythaki.net’s fees, charges, and billing terms then in effect. If you do not pay on time or if Dhakaythaki.net cannot charge your credit card, any payment gateway or other payment method for any reason, Dhakaythaki.net reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your access to the Website and Account and terminate these Terms of Use. Because state and local tax laws vary significantly by locality, you understand and agree that you are solely responsible for determining your own tax reporting requirements in consultation with tax advisors, and that we cannot and do not offer tax advice to either hosts or guests. Further, you understand that dhakaythaki.net shall not be responsible or liable in any manner in relation to tax liability of a SERVICE USER or a SERVICE PROVIDER.
